Hey, so while I don't have the la roche posay hydraphase intense riche itself, I do own the hydraphase intense serum in that collection and I use it at night whne my skin is really dried out as an extra step. Personally, I love the serum, it's a gel and it doesn't feel sticky/greasy or anything and I usually have oily skin. It's really good for acne but it's not a good moisturizer, especially for the PM, as you need something richer and more nourishing, no matter if you use actives or not. It's clear that you get the irritation because you combine the Effaclar with that specific cleanser at PM. So don't get rid of it. You can use it in the morning, as it doesn't DYHcrs.
